there are two hebrew saying that i really like (and am thinking about as possible tattoo ideas) but it really bothers me that i don't know how to pronounce them in hebrew. can anyone help me or tell me where i can learn them?

1) ask not for lighter burdens but broader shoulders

2) if i am not myself who will be me?

thanks in advance!!
