Every once in a blue moon, like last night, my tat seems to get raised and itchy. I've had it for almost 10 years now. What's up witht that?

    It may be an allergic reaction. Tatoos are created by a trauma to the skin that may make those cells more sensitive than the surrounding uninked skin.
